Learn To Play
This is a beginner’s clinic introducing the basic lacrosse skills of ground balls, passing, catching and cradling in a fun-filled environment. We use positive reinforcement combined with high repetitions of creative drills to teach our young players athleticism, a work ethic and the joy of being successful.

Intermediate
The Intermediate program is for Girl's with 2 years progressive Lacrosse experience. Participants will be trained in a fast-paced environment and taught high level skill and game instruction.
Full Equipment and mouth piece is required.

Goalie Academy
We will be working on all the skills you need for the season. Stepping, arc, outlets, and of course making every save. We will drill hand and foot speed! Our coaches are excited to take your game to the next level. Players will be divided by age and ability.
